Paul Nilon

Managing Director

As Managing director and owner of React Facility, Paul has formed the company with the ideal of providing a first-class service at an affordable rate in a timely manner.

Paul has forged solid careers in both the hospitality and cleaning sectors previously and brings over 25 years of team management to the role. React Facility Solutions continues to evolve on the back of loyalty and trust Paul and his team have instilled in clients from day 1.


Andrew Bray

Head of Maintenance

Andrew is React Facility Solutions head of maintenance and brings a wealth of maintenance and handy man knowledge to his role. A qualified carpenter and jack of all trades Andrews strengths are team building and client relationships, he works closely and hands-on with his maintenance team to ensure all tasks are performed to an expected standard.


Steve Murdzevski

Maintenance Supervisor

Working closely with Andrew, Steve’s can-do attitude along with outstanding customer relations skills is the perfect combination to head up React facility Solutions maintenance department.

Steve brings enthusiasm and energy to the maintenance team, a trait that is infectious throughout his team.


Dan Brown

Head of Cleaning Operations

As head of cleaning operations, Dan brings a clear and precise professionalism to all his tasks, something that greatly benefits those working alongside him.

Dan brings a long career in the customer relations industry with him to React Facility Solutions and is constantly supplying clients with new solutions and options throughout a broad range of tasks.


Natalie McIlveeen

Accounts/Office manager

Having joined React Facility Solutions in February 2020 as Accounts/Office Manager, Nat has been through the major expansion phase of business watching it turn from a small team into the thriving team it is today. Bringing with her over 30 years experience in the Office Administration and Customer Service fields with a wealth of knowledge from a variety of industries makes her an integral part of our team. With Nat’s wealth of knowledge from work & life experiences she is a valued member of our team.
